Biography: Caroline Keep is an award-winning teacher, data scientist, and researcher specialising in building AI models for educational decision-making. Currently a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Central Lancashire, her PhD research focuses on the technical development of AI frameworks using Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping (FCM) and emerging models to support school leadership. By architecting tools specifically for educators, her work bridges the gap between complex data science and practical classroom management, ensuring the "Digitalisation of Education" is driven by practitioner-led precision.
A prolific speaker, Caroline delivers expert sessions for organisations including Google (SEND Symposium 2026 upcoming), the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA), the Institute of Physics, the Nuclear Institute, and the National Autistic Society. She is a recognised authority on technical implementation, serving on the Bett UK 2026 Judging Panel and Global EdTech Awards (AI Implementation).
Driven by a passion for equity, Caroline utilises her lived experience as a neurodivergent (autistic/ADHD) educator to advocate for neuroinclusivity in technology. She is the Co-Chair of the Liverpool City Region Disabled Equality Panel, a leadership contributor to HWRK Magazine, RISE, TES and was the founder of the UK’s first state school makerspace. https://carolinekeep.co.uk/
